Cancellation Policy
1. No charge if you cancel 24 hours before your service. Late cancellations will be charged 50% of the service price.
2. There is a 15 min grace period before $25 late fee is tacked onto the service and it will be to my discretion if your service needs to be rescheduled. NO EXCEPTIONS. If you are 16 mins late, you will be charged.
3. No shows will be charged 100% of the service.
4. ALL new and existing clients will need to book online so there is a card on file to implement these policies.
